Every boat we sell is either in our warehouse in Rosenheim or on its way from South Africa. Here is how ordering works in each case.
Two ways to order

Our goal is to keep stock in Rosenheim. If the boat you want is not in stock, you pre-order it from the next container. The website shows when that container is expected.
Pre-order timeline
Every container follows the same steps, counted from the day pre-orders close. The table shows the dates for the next container. For each container, the website shows its closing date and the expected arrival.

From the day pre-orders close to delivery takes about 4 months.
Delivery
Delivery within 100 km of Rosenheim is free, straight to your door. Between 100 km and 1000 km from Rosenheim, delivery costs EUR 150 per boat. Further away, we agree a pickup point with you. Boats in stock are delivered the weekend after your order. Pre-ordered boats are delivered once the container has arrived in Rosenheim, and we keep you informed about its dates.
Paying your deposit and balance
When you pre-order, you pay 50% of the price as a deposit. The other 50% is due on delivery, never before.
- You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
- We email you when your boat has passed the quality check and is ready to be delivered. The balance is then due on delivery.
- If the balance payment does not go through, we contact you to agree another way to pay on delivery.
Withdrawal and cancellation
If you order as a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when you place your order and ends 14 days after you receive your boat.
To withdraw, use our page Withdraw from contract. We refund everything you paid, including your deposit and the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. If you withdraw after delivery, you pay the direct cost of returning the boat. We tell you the expected return cost in the withdrawal notice.
If you order as a business
Pre-order (boat not in stock): you can cancel within 7 days of ordering and get your full deposit back. After 7 days the deposit is forfeited.
In stock: you can cancel before delivery for a full refund. On delivery you get 75% of the purchase price back, and the delivery charge (EUR 150 outside the free zone) is still payable.
