Vantage Large K1
The Vantage range is a "one hull family" sized for paddler weight and build, not a set of unrelated boats — the five sizes (X-Small through Ultra) move from lowest to highest volume as the range progresses, giving each build the stability its paddler's weight needs without sacrificing more speed than necessary. Vantage Large sits second-from-the-top of that ladder: a step up in volume from Small/Medium for bigger paddlers, while Ultra above it is reserved for the very heaviest. Same stability and speed as the smaller Vantage sizes, with extra cockpit height and 0.5 cm more cockpit width for bigger feet and big-river volume. Graeme Solomon took silver in this boat at the 2017 ICF Canoe Marathon World Championships, and it won the Berg River Canoe Marathon in both 2015 and 2016.

Discussion of the Knysna Vantage Pro and Plus: described as a great marathon craft that sits well on the wash but needs more skill to turn tight corners. Related earlier model, not the current boat.
